Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files, to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions set forth herein.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTATION, BENCHMARKS, PRECOMPILED BINARIES, LANDING PAGE, AND BROWSER SCENE BUILDER ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR (ARUNVPP), CONTRIBUTORS, AND MAINTAINERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

3. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability (No Lawsuits)

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL THE AUTHOR (ARUNVPP), CONTRIBUTORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR HOSTING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY:

• DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
• DAMAGE TO COMPUTER HARDWARE, PROCESSORS (CPU), GRAPHICS PROCESSORS, MOTHERBOARDS, MEMORY, OR POWER SUPPLIES RESULTING FROM HEAVY MULTI-THREADED RAYON EXECUTION OR THERMAL LOADS;
• CORRUPTION, OVERWRITING, OR LOSS OF SCENE FILES, SOURCE ASSETS, LOGS, OR COMPUTED IMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS, COMMERCIAL REVENUE, CONTRACTS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL;
• DOWNTIME, COMPILER FAILURES, SYSTEM HANGS, OR TERMINATION OF WEB SERVICES.

EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EXTENSIVELY ACROSS ALL JURISDICTIONS.

4. User Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless Arunvpp, any repository maintainers, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of Interflect, its binaries, or web tools;
• Your violation of these Terms of Service;
• Your creation, distribution, or rendering of scenes containing copyrighted, defamatory, or unlawful content;
• Any claim that your use of the software caused damage to a third party.

5. Experimental Software & Non-Critical Use

Interflect is an experimental software renderer exploring signed distance field global illumination. It is NOT designed, tested, or certified for use in mission-critical environments, including but not limited to medical imaging, surgical planning, aerospace navigation, automotive safety, military systems, or structural engineering simulations. Any reliance on radiosity output for physical architectural load calculations is strictly prohibited.

6. Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ALL DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING, OR REPRESENTATIVE LITIGATION AGAINST THE AUTHOR OR CONTRIBUTORS.

7. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
